Bugatti is bringing its first U.S. residential tower to Miami.
Planned for the Miami River in Brickell, the roughly 60-story Bugatti Residences Miami will include 183 residences and four penthouses, with more than 300 feet of waterfront frontage. The $650 million project is designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, with a façade inspired by Bugatti’s signature C-line.
The project adds Bugatti to a growing list of automotive brands behind residential towers in Miami, including Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz and Pagani.
