What is Homestead Exemption? A Homestead exemption is a reduction on homeowners property taxes. 🏠

Once granted, this exemption is automatically renewed each year you continually occupy the home under the same ownership. The home must be your legal residence for all purposes including the registration of your vehicles and the filing of your federal income tax return.

To qualify, the homeowner must apply for this exemption on or before March 1st, 2021.

Homeowner’s may need to provide the following:

✅Warranty Deed - Book & Page
✅Proof of Residence
✅SSN
✅Driver’s License
✅Car Tag Info
