Great visit with the BHHS office in Abilene, TX. We have been driving around town for a few days and have noticed how clean it is and NO traffic … what a difference from Miami! It’s just as hot, but very dry.
We looked at some potential investments. The Airforce base and the future AI data center, possibly the largest in US, put this city in a great position for investment. Prices for a 3bd,2ba newly built are around $300,000.
