STORY TIME:
I had my eye on this beautiful house that had been sitting on the market for a while. I absolutely loved it, but it was overpriced, so I waited. When the price finally dropped, I was ready to make a move myself. But since my family and I had just bought our own home a year ago, upgrading so soon didn’t feel right.

That’s when I called my mom. I said, half-jokingly, “There’s this gorgeous house I love. If I can’t have it, maybe you should—just to keep it in the family!”😅🙊

This home couldn’t have gone to more deserving clients! 🏡 I hope this new chapter brings them endless happiness and unforgettable memories.

STORY TIME: This is the 3rd home my clients have bought with me, and it’s always an honor, especially when they’re a referral and repeat client. They fell in love with a beautiful 4-bed, 2-bath home on over an acre with a pool—a true paradise. We submitted an offer, everything was smooth, and we agreed on terms. But then, the appraisal came back lower due to an audit—$30k lower. Tensions rose, the other agent was unresponsive, and things got stressful. After some negotiation, we got the price back to $750K.

This was both my best and worst transaction. The best because my clients got their dream home. The worst because the other agent’s unprofessional behavior made the whole process way harder than it needed to be. In the end, we made it through, and my clients moved into a new chapter. It’s a reminder that, while there are challenges in real estate, the right team makes all the difference. ❤️
