Yesterday’s groundbreaking ceremony was a monumental occasion for Altis Cardinal and the City of Fort Lauderdale! Located in the Progresso Village neighborhood, The Adderly will feature 417 studio, one-, and two-bedroom units in two six-story buildings, with ten percent workforce housing to be offered to families with incomes not exceeding the area median income. We’re thrilled to be a part of this life-changing project, and we were grateful for the large turnout at yesterday’s event.

Thank you to Mayor Dean Trantalis, Commissioner Robert L. McKinzie, the City of Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency, Verdex Construction, and the community for participating in the groundbreaking!
