My Tip for today: Know how your property is titled before a problem arises. 😳

When someone passes away, one of the first questions an attorney will ask is: “How was the property titled?”

Why does that matter? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Property ownership can determine whether probate is required and what steps come next. 🙇‍♀️

The way you hold property title defines your rights, liability, and how it is passed down.
