Two lease renewals this week 🎉🎉🎉

Melissa Fox has been a tenant for over 7 years. She’s a go‑to celebrity aesthetician and also our personal aesthetician. Fun fact: She expanded twice at Biltmore Way Properties. During facial appointments Melissa kept saying she wanted more space and in 2023 we purchased a building nearby to relocate Game Properties office and she expanded for a second time.

Larry's Ice Cream & Cafe has been a tenant for nearly 5 years. Fun fact: I first DM’d them on Instagram in December 2020 after seeing their Coral Springs location and asked if they’d consider Boca. By July 2021, they signed their lease and here we are today. Social media prospecting works!

SOLD • After owning Esplanade Medical Center for nearly 30 years as a family-run company, we’re pleased to hand over the asset to another family-run company who is ready to continue its legacy for many years to come.
