Our out-of-state buyer flew in for one weekend, and together we found the perfect South Florida property for his future Airbnb investment. From there, we handled everything remotely — connecting him with inspectors, contractors, and the right vendors to help get the home vacation-rental ready.

Just when we thought we were at the finish line, Blade Offices discovered a shocking $4,800 water bill the day of closing 🚨 After some quick teamwork, we worked with the city, hired leak detection, and uncovered the culprit: sprinklers running 4 times a day like they were watering the botanical gardens 🌴💦

Thanks to quick action from everyone involved — especially our partner on the deal, Matt Ferrelli, who handled city visits and constant communication with the buyer and listing agent — we got the issue resolved and closed just 2 days later.
