Thinking about waiting until spring to sell?
Cool. You’ll be doing exactly what everyone else does. 🌼😌
Every November, the script is identical:
“I’ll wait until spring. That’s when everyone lists.”
Exactly.
Spring is when everyone lists… and everyone competes… and everyone gets overwhelmed because buyers suddenly have 47 tabs open like they’re shopping for flights. ✈️🤦♂️
Meanwhile, late fall is sitting here quietly being the real MVP of selling:
• Fewer listings 📉
• More motivated buyers 🎯
• Faster timelines ⚡
• Less chaos 🙏
Buyers touring homes right now aren’t “just seeing what’s out there.”
They’re the job-relocators, the lease-ending crowd, the tax-timers, the “my last deal blew up and I’m not doing that again” people.
In other words: the ones who actually write offers.
But hey… you could wait until April so your house can debut in a lineup with everyone else’s.
Nothing says “great strategy” like blending into a crowd on purpose. 😏🌷
