To All My Fellow Realtors,
As many of you may know, last October we made the move up to Massachusetts. We are just west of Boston in beautiful Hopkinton, MA (the starting line of the Boston Marathon).
With that said, I wanted to reach out to all of you and express my interest in working remotely as a Transaction Coordinator. As a Realtor, with over 13 years of experience, I believe that I possess the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
Throughout my career as a Realtor, I have gained valuable experience in managing the transaction process from start to finish. This includes preparing contracts, coordinating with lenders and other parties, managing timelines and deadlines, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete. I have a strong attention to detail and am committed to providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which allow me to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals. I am a proactive problem solver and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex issues.
While I have enjoyed my time as a Realtor, I have made the decision not to work as a Realtor up here in Massachusetts. I am very familiar with Florida Real Estate and am very excited about the opportunity to take on a new challenge and to focus on the administrative aspects of real estate transactions. I believe that my experience as a Realtor will be an asset in this role, as it has given me a deep understanding of the transaction process from the perspective of the client.
