This property was a unique opportunity. The County Foreclosed on February 4 and was sold at the Courthouse for $235K to an investor. The sellers assumed it was over, but they contacted me and my team, and we successfully arranged an emergency Zoom call with the judge, requesting the court to vacate the sale and grant a 60-day extension to sell the property.
