Live every day to the fullest. You never know when you or someone you love will draw their last breath. My grandson, aged 27 made his transition July 7, 2019. He was hit by a motorist while walking along Hwy 80 between Benicia and Fairfield, presumably out of gasoline.

I went to the NSAR board of realtors breakfast yesterday. It appears that the market has flattened out recently but there has been steady appreciation of homes nonetheless. Some people think that people are waiting to see who gets elected to the presidency. Some are waiting for interest rates to go down which could be A BIG MISTAKE!
