South Florida Real Estate Needs I am a full-time licensed Realtor with JC Realty Group in Coral Springs, FL I met my husband and thereafter settled in Coral Springs, FL in 2002.

Born in small town in Iowa, and then later moved to experience the fast paces of Chicago, San Diego, Los Angeles, Dallas and San Francisco. Coral Springs has remained my home and after 13 years of being a stay at home mom was eager to get back into the work force. My career in real estate began in Coral Springs with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in 2013. I have been extremely lucky to wo

How it started versus How it’s going!

As we welcome 2025, I thought it would be fun to share a little throwback! My old headshot was taken 12 years ago when I first began my journey in real estate. Fast forward to today—so much has changed, but one thing hasn’t: my full service work ethic and commitment to helping friends, family, and clients navigate the real estate market with confidence.

In real estate, nothing is ever guaranteed, and deals are only finalized when the funds are secured. Despite taking extra steps to secure qualified buyers, and perform other listing agent duties, there’s always a chance that something may go wrong, resulting in the deal falling apart.
