This transaction tested every part of that.

A property with over $344,000 in city liens and code violations. A seller who was unavailable. Family coordinating from another state. No electricity. No running water. Extensive repairs and city compliance issues.

By God’s grace, countless conversations, and a lot of persistence, I was able to coordinate the repairs, negotiate the city’s fines from $344,000 down to $20,000 and today... we closed.

Today we say goodbye to one of the strongest women I’ve ever known. Her name translated means Savage Queen and it couldn’t have fit her more perfectly. She was a queen, a warrior, and she fought cancer with the heart of a soldier until the very end.

I’ll never forget meeting her for the first time and having the best time together. I’ll also never forget the love she shared with her husband—a love so rare and beautiful. From the moment he met her, he never let her go. She was his greatest priority, and she knew what it meant to be truly loved.

She has earned her wings, and I know she’ll be watching over her children with the same fierce love she showed here on earth. I only find comfort in knowing you are healed in heaven with our Lord and Savior. I’ll hold onto the strength you showed even on your hardest days. I’ll always remember the word FIGHT.

Rest easy, my beautiful friend. Until we meet again.
