We are hiring an Assistant Community Manager!
Location: 965 Flats – Coralville, IA

965 Flats is seeking a friendly, outgoing, organized, and dependable Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations and create an exceptional resident experience. Working alongside the Community Manager, you'll assist with leasing, resident relations, renewals, move-outs, apartment turns, and day-to-day community operations.
Responsibilities:
• Support daily property operations and administrative tasks.
• Welcome prospects, conduct community tours, and guide them through the leasing process.
• Follow up on leads and help achieve occupancy goals.
• Prepare leases, renewals, notices, and maintain accurate records.
• Build positive resident relationships and respond to questions and concerns.
• Assist with resident retention, renewals, and community events.
• Coordinate move-outs and apartment turns with maintenance and vendors.
• Track apartment readiness and communicate updates.
• Support rent collection, resident accounts, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain the leasing office, clubhouse, model units, and common areas.
• Assist with property operations in the Community Manager's absence.
• Follow fair housing laws, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
• Experience in multifamily housing, property management, leasing, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills; AppFolio experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing and leasing practices preferred.
• Weekend availability may be required.
