Hampton At Coral Ridge

We want to give a big shoutout to Leash on Life for always being so generous and supporting our Hampton Welcome BBQ! We appreciate businesses like them who help make our community events extra special.

They’re having a sale right now, so we wanted to share the love and send a little business their way! If you have a furry friend at home, check them out! 🐶🐱

One of my favorite things about being part of a pet-friendly community is all the adorable four-legged visitors who stop in to say hello!

All of my furry friends know EXACTLY where the treat jar is, and they’re always welcome to stop by for a little extra love (and a treat or two)! 🐾❤️

Will you help us settle a debate?:

Where is the BEST place to get donuts in the Coralville/Iowa City area?

And more importantly… what’s your favorite donut flavor?
Are you a glazed person? Long John? Apple fritter? Chocolate cake?

A HUGE thank you to all of our awesome residents who came out for our annual BBQ! Thanks for making HCR such a great community!

We had great food, an AMAZING ice cream cake from Cold Stone, some pretty awesome giveaways from local businesses, and an extra special visit from the Iowa Hawkeye wrestlers — Gabe Arnold, Angelo Ferrari, Kale Petersen, Ryder Block & Ben Kueter! 🖤💛

We had such a fun evening with everyone, and we’re so glad you came out and made it a good one!

As you’ll see from the video… we don’t even have to try — it’s always a good time!

Just a reminder for everyone who RSVP’d — we’ll be out tomorrow from 5:30–6:30 and we have a LOT going on!

We’re excited to have Iowa wrestlers Ben Kueter, Gabe Arnold, Angelo Ferrari, Kale Petersen and Ryder Block joining us, so make sure you stop over and say hi!

We also have some pretty awesome stuff to give away. Lowe’s donated the car wash basket and Pro Clean Express added 5 car washes to it. Hyatt Regency Coralville donated a one-night stay, X-Golf donated 2 hours of bay time, Cold Stone donated two ice cream cakes for the raffle, and Leash on Life donated pet baskets. Hampton is also giving away a Shark Navigator, Apple AirPods Pro, Blink doorbell camera and a yoga kit!

And then there’s the free stuff! 😁 ABC Disposal brought us hats and shirts, Randy’s Flooring brought pizza cutters and tape measures, Cold Stone gave us coupons, Leash on Life brought dog treat bags and coupons, and Papa Johns gave us koozies. We even have some FREE car wash coupons sitting out for the first people to grab them from Pro Clean Car Express Wash.

To top off our awesome event and full bellies, Cold Stone will be providing us with an ice cream cake for desert!

A big thank you to all of the businesses that donated and helped us put this together. ❤️

See you tomorrow! Come hungry and hopefully you’ll go home with something fun!

LOOK WHO’S FAMOUS!

We have a WINNER right here at The Hamptons at Coral Ridge!

Congratulations to our resident Shaina for having her AMAZING oven-baked mac & cheese chosen as Monarch’s August Recipe Winner!

And we can personally vouch for this one because Shaina has brought her mac & cheese to our last few resident events… and let me tell you, she NEVER takes home leftovers. 😂 It disappears FAST!

Way to go, Shaina! We’re so excited to see one of our very own Hamptons residents featured! ❤️

Now…who’s making it first?
