Our 4-bedroom floor plans are officially SOLD OUT for Fall 2026! 🏡✨ We are also now over 97% pre-leased for the 2026-2027 lease term, meaning there are very limited spaces remaining.

From late-night study sessions to pool days, events, coffee runs, and all the memories in between — what a semester it’s been 🤍✨

To our residents graduating and starting their next chapter, whether that’s heading home, moving to a new city, or beginning your full-time career, we’re so proud of you and excited for everything ahead. And to everyone spending the summer with us at The Banks or returning home for break, we hope your summer is filled with fun, rest, and unforgettable memories ☀️
