That’s why preparation matters. When you know your budget, have your pre-approval in place, and understand what you’re looking for, you’re in a much better position to move when the right home comes along.

Sometimes the best opportunities are the ones that feel the most outside your comfort zone.

Being asked to serve on the finance committee was not something I expected, and finance has never been my strongest area. But saying yes has pushed me to learn, grow, collaborate, and become better.
