• The beach is safe, friendly, and fun! It has a life guard on duty regularly.
• Anna Maria Island Beach Café is just across the street on the Beach which offers a GREAT breakfast. You can eat pancakes or go for scrambled eggs, grits, bacon, etc. & washed it all down down with limitless cup of coffee.
• The beach also has live music and entertainment, for you to enjoy!
• There is a free trolley service that will take you to most places on the island within just a few minutes’ drive.
• Walking distance to local Publix grocery store, CVS, and many other shops and restaurants.
• We also accept small dogs if you would like to bring your furry friend along, please let us know the type and size prior to arrival.

• The home is laid out on one floor making it a flowing and livable space
• It has a great kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless appliances.
• Large bedrooms, and bathrooms with high ceilings.
• The cabinets are fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and small appliances so you can prepare anything from a light meal to a full evening dinner party.
• Bringing the groceries in is easy, just use the elevator.
• You can also take the stairs or the elevator to the tower terrace that has views of the surrounding island and glimpses of the beach and the gulf! Enjoy an evening cocktail while catching one of the amazing sunsets that Anna Maria is famous for!

• The King Master Bedroom is spacious with a wet bar and fridge and the master bath is en suite with a whirlpool bath tub and glass shower with 7 shower heads!
• The 1st guest room has a Queen Bed with adjoining bath with a glass shower/tub combination.
• The 2nd guest room has two twin beds and the bath boasts a walk-in shower.
• Let’s not forget the all glass window Queen guest room with its unique design! It is private, but magically amazing, known in the house as the "Sun Room," where sun hits it at the perfect time of the afternoon!
• The living room has a Queen pull-out couch so there is plenty of room for everyone!
The Pool:
• Villa Maria also boasts a large, furnished terrace overlooking the pool with sliding glass doors that can completely enclose the area, which makes for a very comfortable space on a cool evening or leave them open to enjoy the tropical pool and the soothing sounds of the waterfall. Enjoy the flat screen TV while you are grilling out and relax under your own tiki hut with your meal!
