PSA: Sellers have the right to choose what pictures should be used. Also have every right to approve or decline any showing. Tenants in rentals should refer to their rights within the lease agreement. Saying “No” is still OK!

I debated posting this! Our awards ceremony was the beginning of March & I just finally picked this rock up at the office today! I did not attend due to other previous family schedules. That’s ok!
They tell you to have a business plan! They tell you to set goals for yourself! Well the only goal I can honestly say I really set forth was to just “do better!” The previous year I did attend & I knew I wanted to “do better!” & Here we are!
As we all know the market is so unpredictable! Heck Life is unpredictable! Sometimes there is no plan or goal,we just have to “do better!”
We make the best of what we each day brings! We play the cards we are dealt!
I’m promising to do better!
Please know I’m truly grateful for all the support!
(A wise man Handy Andy helped me finish this post!) Ha! Thankful for each of every one of my family & clients who are now family too!

Oh there is so many! My sandals were chewed up during a house tour so I left barefoot! 🦶🏻 A cat had his own room in a condo showing & the cat 🐈 jumped on the buyers head coming up the stairs so we both left screaming.😵‍💫 A buyer wanted to rescue snakes from the basement once! 🐍 A snake came down from basement stairs above our heads…screaming did occur along with a bloody forehead. 🩸 A whole crew of c***s came out from above a garage that ended up living in the attic. 🦝 The best was a huge outside dog attempted to p*e on the back of buyers leg! But the one I can remember laughing the most was a seller had to still remove their pet snake when the realtor called asking me if it was real all while tapping the glass….she found out real quick! 😬🫢She dropped the phone & the line went dead.
