I have completed the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute), SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. These designations offer me additional knowledge and resources to serve you better. My CRS designation involves me at both the state & national level of RRC (Residential Real Estate Council). As the 2020 Iowa State President for the Council and a current Education Mastermind Member at the National level, I am surrounded by the top 3% of Realtors nationwide. This peer group only benefits You, my Client! I stay involved within my Local and State Realtor Associations and in community groups such as 100 Women Who Care and the Iowa City Pilot Club. And within my company, I was honored to be awarded the 2020 Sara Vancura Award.
