I've had some special closings so far this year 🏡❤️

Three of my closings were first-time homebuyers. Three couples were taking that exciting, sometimes terrifying, “we’re really doing this!” step into homeownership. Being there for the questions, the nerves, the excitement, the celebrations, and finally handing over those keys is something I never take for granted. 🔑

One client was downsizing and beginning a completely new chapter of life — moving closer to her children and grandchildren, embracing retirement surrounded by the people she loves most. There was so much emotion tied to that move, and it was an honor to help make that transition a little easier.

And another client was making a big career move, accepting a new role within his company that meant relocating to a new city. A new job, a new community, a new home — another exciting beginning.

What I love the most about real estate is that each day is different and each client has a unique story. Because a house is never just a house. It’s a first home. A fresh start. A place closer to family. A new adventure. Sometimes it’s the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

I am incredibly honored to share that I earned the Honor Society Award for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2025 🏆
This award places me among the top 17% of agents in the BHHS network!

This recognition means so much to me — especially as a solo agent building a business through hard work, consistency, and genuine relationships. Every client trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and I never take that lightly ❤️
