Good Evening!
We apologize for the late notice. Most of our board members couldn’t make it to the meeting tonight so we had to cancel for August. We plan to send out a poll to you all soon to find the best day and time for our monthly meetings, in case 7-8pm on the third Tuesday is no longer the most available time.
And hopefully, we’ll see more residents at our September meeting!

Hi friends! Cannonade Trail resident Erica Couchman will be walking our trails over the next few days to share Tattersall information to residents who might not be on our page. She’s helping out our board by answering questions, gathering feedback to shape our volunteer HOA, and enlisting new members and volunteers for our community events. If you’d like to schedule a specific time for her to stop by your house or know of a neighbor who might like to speak with her directly, please reply with the info right here or message us directly.

Only 6 days left. Will our 4th of July celebration happen?

So far, the only volunteers we have are for clean-up after the fireworks show. It's fantastic to know we'll be able to restore the property and get all the trash cleaned up. But we still need help *during* the day. Please consider sparing just 2 hours of your time.

🎆 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – TATTERSALL'S ANNUAL 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION 🎆

If we don't fill up the sign-up list by Sunday evening, May 31st, we'll regrettably have to cancel this year's event. We simply cannot continue offering community events without more support and help.

🇺🇸 This all-day event can’t happen without you. We’re looking for volunteers to help with:
➡️ Supervising kids on inflatables
➡️ Selling inflatables access and getting waivers signed
➡️ Collecting donations & helping with Membership Drive
➡️ Clean-up crew after event concludes
➡️ Clean-up crew for the day after the event

* This year, food is being sold and provided by private vendors

We are still trying to see if we will have volunteers to host this. Board meeting is the 9th and will most likely the bash will be brought up….

To be able to put on this event, we need at least 20 volunteers so it does not fall on just a few and have to be down there all day. So far one person said they could help.

The big Fourth of July bash is coming up. We hope to be able to have everything like we normally do however to do all that we need volunteers. We currently do not have a sign-up sheet. We’re just trying to get a ballpark of volunteers so we can have the inflatables and food. If you believe that, you could help us by volunteering just dropped your name down in a comment and will reach out to you.

Our neighborhood yard sale is coming up next weekend! May 1st - May 3rd.

If you plan to participate and have paid your annual HOA dues (even half if you used that option), we have an official yard sale sign for you to place in your yard.
