🏡🎉 Congratulations to my newest homeowners! 🎉🏡

A huge congratulations to Jackson & Courtney and their family on closing on their beautiful new home! It has truly been an honor to walk alongside you both during this exciting journey.

This closing was meaningful to me because Jackson & Courtney are now part of my FedEx tribe of homebuyers! Although I'm no longer an employee there, I'm incredibly grateful that they held on to my business card all this time and thought of me when they were ready.

Now... I already know Courtney is probably going to get me for posting this picture because she wasn't feeling her best on closing day. 😂 But let me just say this... there was no way I was letting this special moment go by without celebrating her and Jackson's accomplishment! ❤️🤣

Hello Hello Good People!!

I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself.
My name is Temprest Smith, and I'm a Realtor with The Home Partners Realty.

Many of you know me, but one thing has changed. In the past, whenever I have introduced myself, I was balancing real estate with a full-time job. While I proudly served buyers and sellers for the last 13 years, real estate was only part of my daily focus.

As of December 2025, I made one of the biggest and hardest decisions one could make. I stepped away from my job, my security blanket at FedEx of 11yrs to pursue real estate full-time.

As a Memphis native, I know this city, I understand its neighborhoods, and I'm passionate about helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. Making this transition means I can now dedicate my full attention, time, and energy to serving my clients and providing an even higher level of service. It's been 7 long months of this entrepreneur journey and although it hasn't been a walk in the park, I still enjoy it!!! And that GRIND IS DIFFERENT!! So, whether you're:
