It’s been a busy year for us, happy to have big projects wrapped up and time to get caught up on paperwork! Here are some photos of “Unit 1” remodel we did this fall in between tenants.

Work included complete remodel of both bathrooms, and converting one large bedroom into two small kids rooms. This took the unit from a 2bd 1.75ba to a 3bd 2ba. We also fixed some roofing issues and ripped out a crumbling brick wood stove platform and replaced with tile.

This unit is now rented out to a new family moving to Cordova. Super excited to have them as new members of our community!

Congratulations to Curtis and Christiana and the Copper River Brewing crew! Happy to have had the pleasure to work with such a great group of people and rent this space to help bring this dream and business to Cordova. If you get the chance go support this new and exciting local business! They are Open 3-9pm daily.

Also thank you to the various local contractors who helped us with this remodel prepping the space to lease to these awesome tenants.
