Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11 and honor the heroes who answered the call with extraordinary courage and selflessness.

We also want to say thank you to the first responders who continue to serve and care for our communities every day. We are grateful for your dedication, sacrifice and commitment to others.

Goose Willis has officially run out of excuses.

The gym is literally at home.

No commute. No fighting traffic. No “I was totally going to work out, but then I got comfortable on the couch.”

Our on-site fitness center makes squeezing in a workout before work, after work or whenever motivation strikes considerably easier.

We're told he did one lap around the fitness center and called it a recovery day.
