Proclamation
Honoring Joan Fenton Welch

On a Resolution Offered to the Corinth Town Board, requesting that the Town of Corinth, Honor the memory of the Corinth Icon, Joan Fenton Welch, on her Birthday December 2, 2017, and every December 2nd thereafter.

The Community should strive to, on this day, do something from Joan’s Life. Do Something to help others, a charitable donation, A good deed, do something positive every day, as Joan always taught, there is no room for negativity in the world.

Get involved in your Community, visit someone elderly, or a kind phone call, Blue lights up for the holiday in her memory, or a special angel in a place of honor in your home, your options are endless.

Please join the Corinth Community each December 2nd.

ATTENTION TOWN OF CORINTH!

2018 is rapidly approaching, and we have a long way to go to properly celebrate our town's 200th Birthday. If you could only spare a little time to complete some of the things that need doing.. I have posted several times all the things we are planning, and needs to get done with not a lot of response. We need folks from every group, organization, club, Motorcycle clubs, church's, Schools, Firemen and EMS, Scouts, etc. The next meeting will be September 27th ,2017, at 7:00 P.M. at the EMS Building, 101 Sherman Avenue. Would love to see you bring your smiling faces and your talents to the meeting, and be willing to participate. The huge Parade and Fireworks will be on 8/18/2018. Please let us know if you can help out with something positive for Corinth for a change.

Good Afternoon, Hope everyone is trying to stay cool and out of the heat.
The next meeting of the 2018 Bicentennial Committee will be at the EMS building at 101 Sherman Avenue on Wednesday June 21, 2017, at 7:00.P.M..
We need tons of volunteers to make this happen the right way.
There are several of the committees working hard and have some things finalized already
WE NEED YOU !!!!
There are many tasks that need to be taken care of by letter writing, and Phone calls or emails. If you cannot make meetings but would like to help with this spectacular event, kindly call my office 654 9232, or email me at [email protected]
We are trying to make this event similar to the Sesquicentennial of 1968.
There are many out there who remember the events that made lots of memories for you and your families.
We already have plans to kick the year off with a polar plunge on 1/1/2018, other events are a founders day dinner and the crowning of the King and Queen, Mr. and Mrs. Corinth, Huge parade on 8/18/2018. Huge Fireworks display, . Firemen competitions, EMS events, History Books, Painting raffled off done by our own Cate Mandigo, with prints being able to be purchased, Faith of our fathers sunday, International Paper Day, Old fashioned Town Board Meeting, Period costumes, Veterans Day, Time Capsule, Quilting show, craft fair, Fashion show, Snowshoe Day, Lumberjack day, Youth Day, Street dances,and more and more and more.
This will take tons of volunteers. We encourage every business, club, organization to join in the event as well as a float in parade.
We will be having fund raising events as this will mostly all funded without town monies. Buy a share, will be a huge event, Many Bicentennial momentos will be offered.
It sounds like a long way off, but you need to prepare now for a long way off.
Stop in at the meeting and see what we are doing, to offer your help, or just your support.

ATTENTION!! Those Families using WIC monthly at the Corinth Town Hall on the Third Wed. of the month, please note that all interviews are now held at the Town Of Corinth EMS Building until further notice. That is at 101 Sherman Avenue, Corinth. PLease share if know of some clients, Thanks.

The Town Of Corinth is accepting applications for a part time summer help, must have a clean license and drive a pick up truck, operate all types of lawn equipment, able to lift, clean some buildings and have knowledge of minor carpentry skills, and be able to multi task. Please letter of interest and resume to Supervisor Richard B. Lucia, 600 Palmer Avenue, Corinth, New York 12822, postmarked no later than April 29th, 2017.

The next meeting of the Town Of Corinth 2018 Bicentennial is Monday April 24th, at 7:00 P.M. at the Ems Building, 101 Sherman Avenue. Recieved a box of very interesting things to borrow for our meeting. A lot to go over this time please try to attend, and we need lots of new folks also to make this happen.
