With it's location just 30 minutes from Asheville, this is the place to build your dream mountain home or vacation getaway! Here’s a bit about me, why I do what I do, and how I do it. I have been a licensed NC Real Estate Broker for 22 years, and I also recently became licensed as a SC Real Estate Broker. Real estate is what I love. Why do I love what I do? I take great pride in providing extraord
inary service to both buyers and sellers. There is not a better feeling than finding the perfect home for a buyer, whether it’s their first one or tenth one. The joy that says, “this is it!” can’t be any better. It’s my job to be a matchmaker. I don’t take that lightly. When assisting sellers, it’s important to listen to their goals and put together a strategy to make sure they achieve those goals in a realistic and timely manner. There are so many tasks that take place in order to ensure that sellers receive the highest value for their home, along with the best terms. Negotiating is one of my favorite things to do! It's extremely important to me that each client feels protected and represented at the highest level, no matter the price point. My keen eye and attention to detail has enabled me to assist sellers in getting their homes picture perfect for the market. I also put this to great use when finding the perfect home for a buyer. I will go above and beyond to ensure that my service to my clients is unparalleled. My listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain things clearly have proven to be evident in my real estate dealings and everyday life. Raising my two children made me realize the importance of these three attributes very early on. I take great pride in being dedicated, detailed, and honest. I’ve been told that I’m a pretty proficient multi-tasker! When a curve ball is thrown in my direction, I handle it with patience and seamlessness. Real Estate transactions can often be stressful and daunting, so my goal is to always handle each one with ease, confidence, integrity and most importantly as a fierce advocate for my clients. I am an active volunteer in our local community and recently served on two Board of Directors for area non-profits. In addition, a portion of each my commissions is donated to a local charity. As a transplant from the Northeast, the Lake Norman area has been home for over 25 years. I wouldn’t want it any other way! I also spend valuable time in the Asheville, NC area. Our son and his wife reside in Washington, DC, while our daughter resides in Durham, NC. My husband puts up with me bouncing around, because that seems to be what I do best. Our rescue dog, Nala, is my precious sidekick. CoCo, our rescue cat, is aloof at best. I look forward to hearing from you and assisting you in whatever your real estate journey may be!
