Greetings friend!

Chances are that you, or, someone you know is contemplating a move to North Carolina.

North Carolina is the go-to destination for those seeking a temperate four-season climate, a pro-business and consumer tax environment along with reasonable home prices, excellent health care, and a world-class airport! These are a few of the reasons people are flocking to North Carolina!

We are seeing an in-migration mainly from the Northeast, Mid-west, and even California. As you might surmise, they are escaping the high taxes and unfriendly business climates in those areas. In NC, expect to pay LESS than half in property taxes! Plus, with "work from home" people can now justify re-location!

So, if you or someone you know would like to discuss the housing market here and the advantages of moving to North Carolina, I am here to help.

We moved in six months ago and absolutely LOVE IT! Wish we had done it sooner!
