OPINION: The NAR settlement concerning commissions and the inability to post them on the MLS has severely hurt the Market. The ruling has undercut the concept of Buyer Agency. Fewer buyer's agents means fewer buyers and less competition, leading to price reductions and much longer days on market...and maybe that was the plan all along. 🏠
