Almost 9 years ago, I started thinking about leaving corporate America and stepping into real estate. I put a plan in motion, earned my license, and began a journey that has been incredibly rewarding—and I’ve never looked back.
2025 was an amazing year for me: I sold nearly $10 million in real estate, helped my very first buyers from 2017 sell their beautiful Davidson home for over $1 million above their purchase price, and made the leap to officially go out on my own just two weeks ago!
Karen Mann Realty is officially live, and I’m starting 2026 with my first new listing already in the works. I’ve built my business around treating people the way I would want to be treated, and it’s clear that approach works—through repeat clients and referrals that continue to keep me busy. I’m incredibly grateful to all of my past clients who have trusted me to help with their real estate needs and look forward to helping new(and some past) clients in 2026.
