Congratulations to My Buyer! This New Construction home was the MOST DIFFICULT transaction I have experienced in my Real Estate career. New homes notoriously come with a lot of hidden problems, delays, etc but this one takes the cake! My buyer was facing homelessness if the builder didn't come through on his word in time and THANKFULLY, we closed at the final hour.

Communication with your Realtor is KEY when you run into surprises and I am thankful I was able to assist my client all the way through this process.
