A high-energy and dedicated professional, Tracy has lived in the Lake Norman area for 20 years and knows all the “ins and outs” of our great lake’s 512-mile shoreline. In 2005, she became a licensed agent and realtor in North Carolina, working with both buyers and sellers in the Lake Norman area. Combining her entrepreneurship and love for lakefront living, she started her own boutique real estate
company in 2007 and was featured on the cover of Lake Norman Woman in 2008. Tracy now works as a broker at Keller Williams Realty, Lake Norman, where she is serving her second term as a member of the Agent Leadership Council. She is a recipient of the coveted GRI designation, using her advanced training to exceed the expectations of her clients’ real estate needs. While working with buyers and sellers at Keller Williams, Tracy also enjoys teaching pre- and post-licensing classes, combining her passions for learning and helping others. She recently received the DREI designation–an honor only 100 instructors hold across the country. Her knowledge and dynamic personality help her students succeed in and beyond the classroom. When she is not helping her clients and students realize their dreams, she loves to be active with her two daughters, Abigail and Madison. Together, they enjoy boating, snorkeling, traveling–anything on the water.
