I drove out of Michigan at 55 years old with $650 to my name. No job. No plan. No income.
I moved in with my daughter in North Carolina. To cover my expenses, I sold my collectibles on eBay. Piece by piece. Things I had collected over a lifetime.
At 56, I got my real estate license. Not because I had always dreamed of it. Because I had to survive.
I didn't know if it would work. I just knew I had no other choice.
That was 2006. Since then, I've closed over $314 million in real estate. I've built an organization of 150 agents across 27 countries. I earn revenue share every month whether I'm working or not.
If you're an agent who feels like you've hit a wall, or you're wondering if it's too late to build something that lasts, I want you to hear this.
It wasn't too late at 55 with nothing. It's not too late now.
