Some properties tell the full story of what it means to work with Cottage. Doves Crest is one of them. 🏡

We first had the privilege of managing this home as a rental for our clients. When the tenant moved out and our clients decided it was time to sell, we were honored to earn their trust once again - this time to represent them through the sale.

We knew presenting a vacant home could make it harder for buyers to connect with its warmth and potential, especially in the luxury market. So, we strategically staged the property and within just a few days of going live, we secured an offer. The buyers loved the home’s presentation so much that they even purchased some of the furniture!

This was truly a full-team effort. From preparing the property for market and holding it open to making sure it was ready for inspections, appraisal, and closing, every member of the Cottage team played an important role in getting our clients to the finish line.

We’re also incredibly grateful for the buyer’s agent, who approached the entire transaction with professionalism and a genuinely collaborative spirit. The best results happen when everyone works toward the same goal, and this closing was a wonderful example of that.

This closing is about so much more than a successful sale. It’s a story of trust, teamwork, and what it truly means to serve our clients from the lake to the coast.

This sweet family was referred to us by our longtime friend and colleague, Cynthia.
