Back in Lake Norman this week, and what a week it’s been! 🤍🏡

One of the things we love most about Cottage is that no two days ever look quite the same, and this week has been a little bit of everything!

We started with a home inspection for some wonderful buyers who are under contract on a home in Antiquity, spent time with clients and friends, and toured a potential new listing in the Cornelius area (stay tuned for more on that one! 👀).

We also squeezed in some filming for Episode 2 of Lake to Coast Living 🎬 and brought the Cottage team together at 973 Pinnacle Drive for a final walkthrough of this incredible property.

With staging complete, we had the chance to see the finished presentation, capture fresh content, and walk through the home’s many thoughtful details together. From its nearly five private acres and beautiful custom craftsmanship to the incredible spaces designed for both everyday living and entertaining, there’s so much to appreciate about this one-owner estate.
