ENTICE VISITORS (OR HOME BUYERS) WITH A FESTIVE ENTRY🌻

If your house is going to be hitting the market this Fall, the first thing you'll want to keep in mind is to keep it neutral. If you're not selling, feel free to add as many bats, skeletons and spooky accents as you want but we don't want to spook the buyers!

Here are my go to Fall porch styling ideas (that don't include scary Halloween decor):

-Plant colorful mums in pots: I love a variety of colors like orange and deep burgundy or you can opt for one color to give it that pop (yellow is my favorite for this).

-Splurge on that festive door mat.. Happy Fall Ya'll, Hey There Pumpkin, you pick but it really ties it all together.

-Non-carved pumpkins - You can break out the carvings for Trick or Treat or Halloween weekend but if you want that interior designer aesthetic, you'll want to display the pumpkins that aren't carved. Again, I love mixing up the different colors - whites, greens, and oranges. If you have steps or a front stoop, it looks good to set them at different heights and combinations.

-The cherry on top: The Fall Wreath - Wreaths aren't just for Christmas. Grab a seasonal wreath (preferably faux if you're asking me) to hang on the front door for a finished look.

Where to "Wallpaper":

-A small space that won't effect the entire feel of a home (think half bath)

-Add wallpaper to the wall behind your headboard to create a bold statement wall beyond what you can do with paint

-Try a bold office look - Add wallpaper behind your desk for a fun workspace. This is especially fun if you are working from home doing lots of Zoom calls (no need for the Zoom backgrounds if you have your own)!

-The playroom or nursery - Wallpaper is a fun way to Kid-ify a space without transforming the room into Paw Patrol galore! Instead find a fun kid style print like oranges, letters, florals or woodland theme

Amazing dinner at an authentic family owned Italian restaurant in Denver. Thank you Andrew for making us feel like part of the family and Homemade pasta’s were out of this world. Already planning our next trip back. .

We had the pleasure of dining at Mattiello’s last night to celebrate Julies Birthday. It is a true Italian family restaurant that I highly recommend. We had authentic lasagna with House made spinach dough, Bruschetta, Caprese, Homemade pastas and Blackberry and Lambrusco Tiramisu. Thank you Andrew for making us feel like part of the family. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Oh happy day! Hey so thankful for my great clients choosing me to sell his waterfront home in The Point. Best wishes as he begins a new adventure in Scottsdale Arizona. It would be hard to leave the waterfront but especially hard to leave that amazing wine cellar!
