Temperatures to drop to 8 degrees tonight! We hope you and your loved ones stay warm. Bundle up, get nice and cozy. It's a perfect night for some homemade soup or chili and a good book or movie for sure!

This weekend we celebrated Valentine's Day & treated our residents to a "Love Your Body" event. We held a work out class, a smoothie bar & provided some work out ideas to take home as well :) Thanks to all who attended- we had an awesome time & hope you did as well!
