It has been a busy two weeks getting this Sunny Stay in Charlotte ready for guests. I have worked more than the construction crew next door building the mansion. I am up at 5 excited to stage this house and get it done. I guess all the hard work and bruises were worth it as the First day listed it is booked. Good Vibes in Charlotte. We closed on this flip home May 26. As for any home you have things that come up that may need to be fixed. In this market many sellers don’t have to repairs. This isn’t okay on major items for us. We had a roof flashing issue come up that I discovered prior to the inspection. We called several roofers and went with 21 Roofing Group They were professional, gave a quote within 24 hours and completed the repairs the following week to meet our deadline. We closed smoothly thanks to 21 Roofing Group.
