HOWEVER, did you know that 40% of North Carolinians own a home with an HOA and this trend is on the rise? This article speaks to the idea that balance is key to keeping the peace, and that your responsibility lies in being active and voting in your community. Sounds reasonable to me!

I loved working with this family from the UK!
