Meet Chris Myatt, North Carolina licensed Real Estate Agent, Realtor and licensed NC General Contractor. No stranger to real estate, Chris’s great grandmother opened her own office in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Fl in the mid 1900’s which she later sold. His grandfather was a real estate developer there as well, building homes and commercial buildings. Chris’s passion for real estate began at a very yo

ung age, learning from his family’s endeavors. “I can still remember as a little boy, asking my father what the word lease means, and him explaining it to me. “It’s always been a dream of mine and a deep rooted passion to follow my heart into the real estate industry.”
Today, Chris helps buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial properties with their real estate needs. Chris is heavily involved in real estate investing and actively flips properties and also holds properties long term. If you're looking for your first real estate deal or adding to your portfolio, you’ll want to have Chris on your side. He is well connected in the investment community and attends local REIA events and has many contacts with local trades. Chris has a large network of wholesalers with off market properties and is familiar with many investment strategies including the BRRRR method and has good knowledge with short term rentals. Also a licensed General Contractor, Chris’s knowledge in construction and remodeling is helpful in assessing properties in need. Prior to following his passion for real estate, Chris has been involved in operating a successful flooring and textile cleaning business. Chris resides in the Lake Norman area with his wife Linzi, daughter Alice and son David. In his spare time, you will likely find Chris spending time with his family enjoying the many activities or festivals in the area or fishing bass fishing tournaments on Lake Norman. Ask Chris for a few stories about his grandfather’s fishing excursions; he was also a fishing captain and had charted a few famous people in his career, including several trips with Earnest Hemmingway and Debbie Reynolds. “We love the Lake Norman area. You can enjoy a walk down the streets of Davidson or Birkdale in Huntersville and find a great bite to eat and plenty of places to shop. There’s also some wonderful festivals in our area as well. We especially love the street festivals that Bella Love hosts throughout the summers in old town Cornelius. They bring in music, food trucks and there’s lots of neat vendors and art to buy from.”
Chris’s family, friends, and clients will all tell you that he enjoys helping others, he is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Chris finds enjoyment in solving any challenges along the way, a true gift to have, especially with the diverse situations that one will come across in buying and selling real estate.
