Charlotte, NC Real Estate Market Update
The Lake Norman area continues to attract buyers who want a little more breathing room while staying close to Charlotte. Across the Charlotte region, inventory has grown compared with last year, giving buyers more choices and more time to think through a purchase. At the same time, buyer demand remains steady, and homes that are well priced and well presented continue to draw attention.
