It was such a pleasure to help Joe into this lovely home overlooking Seneca Lake!!!

Not long after this home was listed, Joe and I scheduled his first showing and put his offer in the next day. I personally enjoyed each visit to the property not only because it is so beautiful there, but it was great to get to know Joe and his family as well.

I'm so happy that they get to enjoy it for years to come. Congratulations!!! 🏡🎉

It's been a long time since Shelley & Paul last bought a house. We didn't rush to purchase just any home, we made sure it was the perfect one for them. Closing day always feels like a victory, and this was extra special 🏡💗 Cheers to both of you!!! 🥂

Here we go! 🚀 For months I’ve been feeling the urge to start a podcast around the topic of loving where we live.

I can’t carry on a fun and interesting conversation entirely by myself, so I want to connect with everyone who has a solid opinion or belief pertaining to “Loving Where You Live.” There are a lot of places we live: our body, our home, all the communities we are part of, big and small…

Before real estate, I devoted myself to the world of nutrition and wellness. I’ve always appreciated the value of caring for the body we live in. I have always felt connected to helping people feel personally fulfilled in their life. I took a detour from nutrition & wellness into real estate, thinking I’d be doing something completely different. Lo and behold, I still find myself caring deeply about taking great care of ourselves so that we can show up as our best, and live life to the fullest. And as it turns out, the home and town/city/state/country we live in is a pretty BIG DEAL!!! 😂

Real estate, for me, has been the missing piece to my life’s purpose that includes caring for our living spaces.
