Nancy and I contacted Dave probably a year before we intended to move back to Corning New York from central Pennsylvania. (He and I were old friends from 50 years ago) Dave was most gracious and willing to help us out as soon as we were ready to make a move! When we got closer to ready we contacted Dave, he made us aware of listings available in Corning, and told us about websites that we could look at for listings available in the Corning area. We selected more than 50 locations and made several 2 1/2 hour car trips to Corning to whittle down the list with drive-by viewings of the properties. Once we settled it down to about 8 we contacted Dave and set up showings for those 8 properties. Dave set everything up and had things ready to go for us, and our disappointment was evident to him as we look through these properties not really happy with any of them! Dave knew what our budget was, but had a property he thought we might be able to wiggle into our budget it was not on our list. This is a property that he knew about, and was in fact one of his listings. Dave took us by this property, and as soon as we pulled up we knew this had to be the one! Dave took us inside and it was love at first sight, we decided that would be our new home in Corning. Dave, with his knowledge of the business, and his knowledge of what clients really want, brought us to this property, I believe, knowing we would love it! He was absolutely correct! Nancy and I are both retired, and wanted to move back closer to family, and our hometown! Dave helped us realize our dream! No home built in 1942 is going to be in perfect condition, this one really close to the exception!!!
