Congrats to my buyers who just closed on 327 Noble St., Elmira! My buyers are Iralda Mercado and Gregorio Encarnacion Batista, American citizens both originally from the DM, shown here in the front yard of their new home in Elmira. I'm going to miss 962 Lincoln Street! I helped Dr. Huber buy it with his father when he came to Elmira's LECOM as a medical student before Covid. He lived there a few years, finished medical school, then was transferred to other areas for medical residencies. For the past 5-6 years I became his property manager as we rented it out. It went on the market in May, and within days my seller accepted a great offer. And now, it just closed. Congratulations to my seller, and thanks to Amanda Patterson for bringing the buyers. Enjoy!
