Hil-Mar Lodge is the largest Efficiency Apartment Community in Salisbury Mills, NY. Nestled inside what was once a Summer Resort Property, our unique community has 24 units that we rent year round.

Our apartment community is located off Clove Road, in Salisbury Mills, NY. We are centrally located near commuter busses and trains, 15 minutes from Stewart International Airport, as well as several popular shopping areas. We rent 9 Studios, 11 Suites, 2 bungalows and 2 houses.

Hil-Mar Lodge Pool and Grounds is a perfect place in the warmer months to host your party or event. With several packages, we can help you plan the perfect outdoor event for your family, friends, or group.
