June Batista, Broker Associate I was born and raised along the New Jersey shore in an idyllic barrier island in North Wildwood or commonly known as The Wildwoods.

Educated in New Jersey, I soon discovered a passion for real estate at an early age. As a broker, I sold luxurious single-family homes and high-rise condos along the state’s famous coastal communities plus gaining experience with subcontractors while buildings were in the development phase, to prepare and finish up to 440 condos per building. After moving west to Orange County, California, I earne

d my broker’s license and was personally involved in residential development, from conception to construction and selling. My vast bi-coastal experience helps me provide the best service possible to my clients and guarantees the best results. My wide area of expertise spans many aspects of real estate, including first- time home buyers, luxury residences, and income and investment properties. During my personal time, I enjoy challenging myself with weights and exercise and am a proud supporter of German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County, Animal Assistance League of Orange County and Habitat for Humanity. Often I am found spending memorable times with my daughter at home or out and about in the community and visiting Las Vegas. Always striving to be my personal best is my goal.
