Fall in Orange County just hits differently. Coffee before a Crystal Cove hike, golden hour at 1,000 Steps, a Saturday morning at the farmers market, or heading out of Dana Point Harbor to see what’s swimming by. The only hard part is deciding which neighborhood gets your vote.

Save this for your next perfect fall weekend in Orange County.

Which one are you calling home this fall? 🍂🌊

And if your answer is “still not sure,” dm us to chat more about which neighborhood fits your lifestyle.

Meet the most decorated member of Team Todd… 🏆🐾

If you haven’t met her yet, this is Tommie, Todd’s beloved Doberman and a very important member of the Team Todd family.

GCHB Excelsia’s Tiffany T Bracelet “Tommie” recently went Best of Breed in all four shows at the Red Canyons Kennel Club in Utah. She also took home Group 1 and Group Four honors at the prestigious Santa Barbara Kennel Club Cluster in August.

Around here, we’re used to competing for listings. Tommie prefers Best in Show. 😉

A very proud dog dad moment for Todd and the entire Team Todd family. Congratulations to Tommie, her incredible handler Kimberlie Steele, and everyone behind this very good girl. 🐶🏆

This is the kind of Laguna house that makes you cancel plans.

Morning coffee on the deck. Catalina out in the distance. A stroll down to town when you feel like being social. Back home for sunset, dinner outside, maybe a soak in the hot tub after.

That balance is what makes 933 Coast View feel so special.

You get the views, privacy and quiet of the hills — but you’re still just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, galleries and everything happening in the village thanks to a rare street-to-street lot with direct access down to Thalia.

Inside, it still has that old Laguna charm we all love — beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, a brick fireplace, character everywhere — just with the right updates layered in.

Nothing overly polished. Nothing trying too hard.

Just a really good house in a really good spot.

Your sign to spend a season in Laguna Beach just showed up. 🌊

Tucked behind the hedges in North Laguna’s coveted Tree Streets, 465 Monterey Drive is the kind of furnished beach cottage that makes a few months in Laguna sound like a very good idea.

Single-level living, three bedrooms, multiple decks and more outdoor space than you’d expect — all within blocks of Heisler Park, the beach, morning coffee and some of Laguna’s best restaurants.

Morning walk by the water. Coffee in the garden. Dinner downtown. Home before sunset.

Yeah, we could get used to this.

As we officially close out summer, we had to look back at one of our favorite memories from it. 🩵

At the start of this summer in May, our very own Greyson got married to the love of his life, and because Team Todd has never really understood the concept of “just coworkers,” Jorge was of course the one who made it official.

We spend a lot of time together talking houses, negotiating deals, running around OC and sending way too many messages in the group chat. Somewhere along the way, our Orange County real estate team became a very special family.

Getting to show up for each other in the moments that have absolutely nothing to do with real estate might just be our favorite part of all of this.

Congratulations, Greyson. 🤍 And Jorge… officiant looks good on you.

Proof that sometimes the best thing you find at work isn’t a career. It’s your people.

If you’ve driven by this one over the past few years wondering what was happening inside… here’s your answer. 👀

2315 Hillview is officially on the market and the transformation was worth the wait.

This wasn’t just a cosmetic remodel. The home was extensively reimagined from the roof, siding, plumbing, electrical + HVAC to the kitchen, bathrooms, landscaping, decks + more… feeling brand new from the inside out, offering both beauty and peace of mind.

The result is a turnkey Laguna Beach home with soaring ceilings, walls of glass, effortless indoor-outdoor living + sweeping views of the Pacific, Catalina Island and beyond. 🌊

POV: your sales meeting has a dress code of barefoot. 🌊

A little strategy, a little sunshine, and a lot to be excited about. This week’s sales meeting with SERHANT. California, beach edition. ☀️

A special thank you to Kimberlee Drake for hosting the team and bringing us all together. 🤍 Many exciting things ahead, stay tuned!

Important question: should all meetings be held on the beach from now on? We think yes 🏖️

Turns out, “local” still matters.

In a market where everyone claims to know Orange County, being named the #1 Small Team in Dana Point by 2025 Transaction Volume says something different. It says we know this community, our community. 🤍

Every street, every neighborhood, every negotiation, every relationship.

To everyone who’s trusted us, referred us, or cheered us on—thank you. This one’s for you.

With love,
Todd, Jorge, & Greyson
