He has successfully closed the most difficult sales including those during a global Pandemic, short sales, REO (Bank Owned), and standard transactions. Brad has coached local top agents, taught seminars, and served as an expert witness for real estate disputes. Brad continues his real estate education by taking and teaching real estate courses and prides himself on studying the ever-changing market. In 2020 Brad sold his Luxury real estate brokerage to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
