Let me help you obtain an accurate value of your home and begin this journey with you. Harcourts Newport Properties is part of the Harcourts Organization that started business in 1889 originally in Australia and New Zealand. We now serve 10 Countries including Canada and Mexico. Although in the US primarily in the Western States, we've started to be operating in States / Areas that recognize and understand the Equity Auction Process for selling homes in established locations i.e. The Equity Auction Process is Compelling, even in seller markets (at this time - end of 2021) that allow owners to think they got the best/highest price from the first group of interested buyers (ie. within the first week of showings). With the competition, the Auction provides confidence that the most serious buyers had the chance to rise to the occasion and even go above and beyond to secure their new home. Competition sometimes breaks records and even though we can and do accept Standard offers prior to the Auction Date, the thought of losing out sometimes encourages buyers to hit their high mark prior to allowing a competitive offer come to the party. With over 130 years of Experience and Success with the Auction Format, it has definitely proven itself out. Of course we do business in a Standard fashion, just because we want all sellers to benefit from the strengths of such a proven Brand - Our Core Values:
People First
Doing the Right Thing
Being Courageous
Fun and Laughter
All of the above allow me that believe in my organization, they've done a great job of walking their talk and as someone who will always put "Doing the Right Thing" at the top of my To Do List, it's a perfect marriage!!
