Sold another LA Property $650,00
Another tear down in La County. Found the right buyer to pay cash, no contingencies and close asap.
Sellers had some troubles with title so it took several months to clear up. I was able to structure the deal so that the buyers would release funds upon acceptance of offer to my clients, and close as soon as title was cleared. Spending months working with attorneys, sellers family, we finally closed.
Thank you to the buyers for being so patient!

This one could have been difficult however we found willing and patient buyers.
The seller had a lis pendens on this property that took us 6 months to remove, the property was inhabitable, yet the seller still needed income from the property. So we negotiated with the buyers to release $5k a month from escrow to help my clients have income.
They also purchased is with no contingencies.
So it worked out great with everyone involved.
This is what happens when you have rational clients that take their realtors advice. It makes the process easy and everyone walks away satisfied!
